1 C flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
3/4 C milk
1 egg
Combine ingredients & mix with wire whisk until smooth. For
thinner pancakes, add 2 Tbsp. milk. Grease griddle w/ butter using
a pastery brush. Pour 1/4 C batter for each pancake. When bubbles
form on top, flip pancakes. Brown opposite sides. Serve warm
with maple syrup.
To make blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes: simply add desired
amount and cook as normal.
