1 Tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1 Tablespoon honey
1 medium onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper
1 1/2 lbs spare ribs
Preheat oven to 425F. Place the ribs in a
roasting pan. Mix all remaining ingredients together and spread the
mixture on the ribs with a knife. Place the pan of ribs in the oven
and bake for about 1 1/2 hours, turning them over every half hour and basting
them with the juices until they are well cooked and crunchy.
